Warren was a newborn vampire in the Seattle newborn army. He is mentioned when Riley tell him that his eyes are dark, and sends him out to hunt with four other vampires, Heather, Jim, Logan and Fred.
Warren's eyes being dark suggests that he was turned before Bree, since her eyes were still described as being bright red. Warren was killed in the battle with the Cullens and the shape-shifters.
