Warren was a newborn vampire in the Seattle newborn army. He was mentioned when Riley told him that his eyes were dark and sent him out to hunt with four other vampires, Heather, Jim, Logan and Fred.
Warren's eyes being dark suggests that he was turned before Bree, since her eyes were still described as bright red. Warren was killed in the battle with the Cullens and the shape-shifters.
