Welcome to the Twilight Saga Wiki, and thank you for your edit to the Egyptian Coven page! There's a lot to do around here, so I hope you'll stay with us and make many more improvements.
Recent changes A great first stop, because you can see what other people are editing right this minute, and where you can help.
Stubs These are very short articles that need your help in expanding them. Check them out and see what you can do!
So great to meet someone from another wiki, most of the people we get from other wikis are trolls. So anyway, I saw your post to Issy (LunaBella) about an IRC channel. I used to be on the IRC a lot and I think there's a channel called #stephenie-meyer, but it's not related to this wiki. If we do get an IRC channel, precise instructions should be laid out ahead of time on how to access it and get set up with NickServ. So anyway, I hope you like the place and decide to stay and depending on how big of a Twilight fan you are, add yourself to this page :D And like Mr. Bot told you above, welcome! Talk bubbles? Since I've never heard of them, I'm guessing we don't have them. Fingernails 20:43, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
Um... what exactly are they? Fingernails 20:52, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
Oh, I see. Well, I'm not sure if I'd like that but I have no more say than anyone else, wikis are all about the community. You should start a forum thread about it and then invite a few people to comment. Fingernails 20:58, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
I'd just go for it. Something like #twilight-saga-wiki Fingernails 21:09, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
lol... do what you must. Fingernails 21:12, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, I'm already registered but I haven't joined in about 2 months. I'm going to try and look up my password before I have the staff sendpass me. Fingernails 21:18, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
Okay, I'm there. May I be op'd? Fingernails 21:31, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
hello!

one more edit and one more page till you get awards!
No worries. BTW, Congrats on your award. I usually leave a message after I give them out but I must have gotten side tracked. (talk) 00:23, April 17, 2010 (UTC)
Hi there, welcome to the wiki! I'm sure you're doing great work with the templates, though I can't see show/hide options on any of them right now. -TagAlongPam (talk) 03:43, April 17, 2010 (UTC)
Ah yes, I do see it there! That's excellent, since the template is ridiculously large. -TagAlongPam (talk) 15:54, April 17, 2010 (UTC)
hi there im Erin the one Luna told you about and to feed off of an animal you have to be hungry for its blood, and it stems from there really as you tilt your head back, your fangs emerge and then you dig your fags into the preys neck and draw in the blood and drink, but if your fangs dont emerge or dig into the prey then they might still be developing so dont worry you'll just have to wait a few months. :) hope ive helped
also have you heard of the author, Jacqueline Wilson?? if you have i have made a wiki all about her books and you can come and check it out if you want and be part of our community, i could use a helping hand at the moment, here the link for my wik -------> [[1]]

Hey there! Thanks for all of the effort you've been putting into categorizing images, but I wanted to explain how we do things here. Most of the current categories are meant to categorize articles, not images. So for example, Category:Vampires would be suitable for any article about a vampire, but not for an image of a vampire. The categories that should be used for images tend to have the word "image" in their name, like Category:Images of Edward Cullen or Category:Film cast images. So in the future, please try to only use "image" categories for images. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to ask me. Thanks. -TagAlongPam (talk) 04:18, April 26, 2010 (UTC)
Please configure the pages so that Unregistered contributors cant leave comments. Its getting very annoying, especially the ones who seem to be physiogically incapable of proper spelling and grammar. Tolas of Brand 18:48, April 27, 2010 (UTC)
While the Wikipedia entry for Twilight states fourteen, the website mentioned above says seven to eight, your call. Metaron Isard 01:04, April 29, 2010 (UTC)
Hey, I dont know when you'll be getting back but just in case I wanted to let you know I'm away at the dentist... I'll be back as soon as can... *hugs* (talk) 19:48, April 30, 2010 (UTC)
Well you aren't annoying me, but you do need to learn some patience! :P Just because I don't reply to you the same day, it doesn't mean that I am ignoring you. I don't necessarily think we need any new admins right now, but you seem like a very helpful editor and I believe you will do a good job as an admin. So congratulations! Please read this to learn about your new abilities, and feel free to ask me any questions that you have. :) -TagAlongPam (talk) 23:44, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
Have you edited any templates today, because if you did you seemed to have messed up the coding someone... you should restore them and then take anoher look at how to improve them ^>^ -- (talk) 16:23, May 6, 2010 (UTC)
Hello, I moved your signature template back to your user space ;) Only templates that effect the wiki entirely should be in the template space. fingernails 19:59, May 7, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, sure. We have a "Related Wikis" section on the front page, is that what you mean by "linking" them? -TagAlongPam (talk) 02:39, May 9, 2010 (UTC)
Well which aspect of MediaWiki are you looking for? This is one example. What is it that you're trying to do? -TagAlongPam (talk) 00:11, May 11, 2010 (UTC)
Yes, unfortunately you were incorrect about the Bella page... Pages are named after what the character is known best as (or prefers to be known as) Example Aice>Alyson
I emaled you, how'd your test go!?!?! (talk) 15:59, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
Pshhh, you accidemics and your trophies. (talk) 16:04, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
Thats kinda harsh, my parents always said just do your best and as long as I wasnt failign theey were good. I was the one who flipped out over a B. (talk) 16:10, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
In that respect yeah, but... well, I'll tell you my very F***ed up life story via email... its rather personal. (talk) 16:16, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, I figured as much ;) So what are you doing??? (talk) 16:24, May 19, 2010 (UTC)
ooo, Dodgeball. like the only game I really enjoyed playing in school (aside from the somtimes fun soccer or as you brits call it football). Anyway I hereby send you goodnesses for your day... (talk) 15:45, May 20, 2010 (UTC)
You can come back, I feel bad now... I just get really irritable when Im sick and writign the same ting 15 times in 20 seconds is very annoying. Sorry for snapping. (talk) 19:54, June 4, 2010 (UTC)
Sure I will. And also I know your not in charge of giving out awards but I've asked for my older awards for all my edits and I still just never got them...
I would need the one for creating new pages.
The 250 his golden eyes one
And the defend coven one.....
If you can't add them is there anyways you can help??
I admit, LunarEclipse, that english is not my mother tongue, so likely I'm not the best person to copyedit an article. However, it should be possible to improve on the language of Sam Uley's paragraphs I tried to edit; I had the feeling that the author(s) were in a hurry to hand in their homework without stopping to clean up their sentences.
Three instances stand out:
1) in "Regeneration", the construct "powerful regenerative healing factor" sounds fairly lame, given that english allows one to be very succinct and precise - and in werewolves a regeneration rate this fast is perfectly normal!
2) the page is about Sam Uley, and said paragraphs mention almost exclusively Jacob Black;
3) in the "High Body Temperature" paragraph, three consecutive sentences start with "This (high body) temperature..."
A simple multiple revert does not seem to be very useful. Ngebendi 02:54, July 13, 2010 (UTC)
No problem. Rereading what I wrote, I realize I may have appeared unduly harsh - next time I'll try to be less aggressive. Unrortunately, having had to learn english as an adult has left the mark, and I wound up preferring to be clear than polite. Ngebendi 05:54, July 14, 2010 (UTC)
I saw you did your undid undo.
Don't you like some parts of my change?
I deleted the "Enter" after ----
I added ===== that they are listed in the contents
I added <font style="text-transform: uppercase;"> that in the content and in the source code (important if you have a browser-dictionary) the text is in lowercase, but the text on the page is uppercase.
I linked some Headlines to other pages
I changed <br> to "Enter", "Enter"-->default style more space between the lines.
I changed=Scenes= to ==<h1>Scenes</h1>== that the headline has the same style as a H1-Headline, but has a edit button like a h2-Headline
...The whole category system works like a tree. Each page not meant to have every possible category that it could fit under, only the most specific category along any branch. For example, Edward Cullen is categorized under Category:Cullen family, and that category is categorized under Category:Vegetarian vampires. Therefore, his article should not have the category "Vegetarian vampires" because "Cullen family" already includes it (since every page categorized under "Cullen family" would also fit under "Vegetarian vampires"). If I'm not explaining it well enough, reading this might help. And let me know if there is anything I can help clarify.
I hope you don't mind that I did your strike undone, deleted {{Done}} and added my sign instead, but on my computer (XP-SP3) doesn't work any longer (since the new skin)
I tried some Browsers:
Avant Browser 2010 Build 122;
Firefox 4.0b7pre;
Flock 2.5.6;
Google Chrome 7.0.517.5 dev;
Greenbrowser 5.5.0818;
Internet Explorer4;
Internet Explorer5.5;
Internet Explorer6;
Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702;
Maxthon 2.5.15;
Netscape Navigator 9.0.0.6;
Opera 10.62;
Safari 5.0.2 (7533.18.5);
SlimBrowser 5.00 Bulid 087;
I wrote the versionnumbers together on 15.09.10, so maybe I tried it with a newer version.

The strange thing is that it worked with the old style, but it doesn't work on my computer on any twilightsaga.wikia.com-Page, with the new Skin. JoKalliauer 20:41, September 23, 2010 (UTC)
( Don' t Want Others Editing My Profile)Bella Marie Cullen 07:02, October 6, 2010 (UTC) Edit
Hi,
I haven't been to this wiki in a while and after finding it on wiki.com I logged in and then discovered that someone had erased what I originally had posted, which was Jan-April of 2010 ( I don't have a great memory, so I'm fairly certain that's correct. Whoever put it there slammed Bella and said they were 'Team Everyone'. It ticked me off and at first I thought that someone had hacked into my account but then I noticed that after logging out the 'edit' icon was available, I clicked it and opened my profile to allow me to edit even though I wasn't logged in. I don't like it when someone slams characters I love letalone when they do it and post it on my profile. I posted a warning that if it ever happens again they will get reported. The only one I want to be allowed to edit my profile is me. I'm now going to go to 'Preferences' and see if I can fix it there.
I'd very much appreciate it if you responded asap.
Thankyou.
And for the record I'm Team Edward.
Please don't take offense to any of that, it just ticked me off and I vented. Please respond. Thankyou
as long as Embry Call's half-brotherhood to Quil Ateara, Paul and Jacob Black is stressed as speculative also in the infobox, fine with me.
However, I noticed that imprinting is listed as a family tie. I know, best choice of one's children's mother, but I'm less than convinced; what if the imprintee wants none of it? As far as I can tell, SMeyer has left the possibility wide open.
Think that probably we agree more than I initially thought - I failed to consider the parenting and older-brother qualities of the imprinting on a child. Ngebendi 03:18, October 22, 2010 (UTC)
People can upload non-Twilight images as long as they aren't offensive. And if images are uploaded to the wiki but aren't being used on any pages, then we will delete them. As for comments on people's user pages, yes we sometimes remove them if requested. I guess use your own judgement in deciding if something is actually offensive. If someone rightfully feels that they are being insulted on their own page, then yes— remove it for them. -TagAlongPam (talk) 02:31, May 6, 2011 (UTC)
I don't have the Guide, so I won't be of much help. Don't remove the links though—they will get filled in eventually, and then we would just have to add the links all over again. -TagAlongPam (talk) 23:51, June 8, 2011 (UTC)
No reason for you to feel stupid. Red links just aren't always bad—they can let us know which articles still need to be created. They should be removed if they link to pages that are unlikely to be created, though. -TagAlongPam (talk) 03:49, June 10, 2011 (UTC)
You may want to bring it up with TagAlongPam. You may also be interested in knowing that IPs change after a while - the threat of a block does not impress me overmuch. 79.12.128.200 21:07, June 27, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry TLE, but the IP is correct. We have been removing Etymology sections unless those explanations are linked to why Meyer chose the names. Otherwise, they are just random and have nothing to do with Twilight. Many of them were removed awhile ago while you were away. I am going to remove the block, since no harm was intended and the IP was only following the decision that I made. -TagAlongPam (talk) 03:48, June 28, 2011 (UTC)
I understand that you haven't been very active lately, which is consistent with what I've noticed of the editing history of the wiki. Considering also the tone of my answer, it would therefore be wise to forget the matter. I hope, however, that this mishap indicates that an unregistered contributor is not necessarily incompetent, and that therefore we may build up a more or less functional working relationship in the future. The Devil knows that I've been in a position similar to yours myself. 79.12.128.200 08:18, June 28, 2011 (UTC)
I haven't been exactly forthcoming myself; one of the reasons I'm working unregistered. But then, there's no repository of the current decisions about the wikis, and I doubt there will ever be; nobody would update it. So, let's forget it. 79.12.128.200 20:33, June 29, 2011 (UTC)
They are correct the way they are. Except for the first word, use capitals as you would use them if the title was in the middle of a sentence. -TagAlongPam (talk) 03:38, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
Figured I'd leave this here instead of the Admin board. There seems to be a bug with the Category:Candidates for deletion. Random pages have been put for deletion -- my talk page included. Nobody has actually put these pages up for deletion, it just showed. Take a look for yourself. LuckyTimothy 03:47, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
