I think one of the most kind and loyal people/wolf in Twilight is Seth Clearwater.

In the fourth book he is very loyal to Jacob and he is unbelievable cool and ice-cold guy, because he is friend with Bella and the vampires. Thats very impressive i think. He is always positive to anything and to everyone, I think many boyz/men can learn something from him.
