The Twilight franchise took its staggering Teen Choice Awards count to 41 last night (July 22, 2012). At this year's ceremony, the movie's stars, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson took to the stage to accept the Ultimate Choice Award, after a moving montage that began to build the excitement for the remaining instalment in the movie series. Of course, with the introduction of The Hunger Games into the pool of big-money teen movies this year, competition amongst the films and their stars was fierce.
Twilight: Breaking Dawn won the prize for Best Romance movie and Kristen Stewart took home theaward for best actress in that category. However, she may be dating her co-star Robert Pattinson off screen but it seems as though they weren't quite able to convert their passion on screen, as theaward for the best on-screen kiss went to Hunger Games stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson.
