AnnaSophie Robb's Biography

AnnaSophia Robb (born December 8, 1993) is an American film and television actress. She gained prominence in 2005 with starring roles in Because of Winn-Dixie and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. She is also known for Bridge to Terabithia (2007), Race to Witch Mountain (2009), Soul Surfer (2011). She currently stars as Carrie Bradshaw on the CW's series The Carrie Diaries, the prequel to HBO's TV series Sex and the City.

Robb was born in Denver, Colorado, the only child of Janet, an interior designer, and David Robb, an architect. She was named after her maternal great-grandmother, Anna Sophie, and her paternal grandmother, Anna Marie. She is of English, Scottish, Danish, Swedish, and Irish descent.Robb competed in dance and gymnastics for four and a half years, but quit in order to focus on acting. In 2009 the Arapahoe Herald reported that she was attending Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado. In May 2012, Robb announced she was admitted to Stanford University, though she was deferring acceptance due to filming commitments

After appearing in a commercial for McDonald's, Robb made her acting debut in 2004; she had a small role in the episode "Number One Fan" of the television series Drake & Josh (her character informs Josh that the group only joined the Campfire Kids so they could hang out with their friends and eat free food). Her first major role was as the title character in the television special Samantha: An American Girl Holiday. Her hair was dyed dark brown for the part.Robb's two big-screen appearances in 2005 were both adaptations of popular children's books. She starred as Opal in Because of Winn-Dixie and as the competitive and rude gum-chewer Violet Beauregarde in Tim Burton's remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The latter was a major box office success worldwide, and helped escalate Robb's popularity among preteen audiences. In 2005, Robb was the face of Trad Clothing, helping to design and model a fashion line for girls. In 2006, she had a guest role on the cartoon show Danny Phantom as the voice of Danielle "Dani" Fenton.Robb played Leslie Burke in Bridge to Terabithia, which opened in U.S. theaters on February 16, 2007. She recorded a song for the soundtrack titled "Keep Your Mind Wide Open", and the accompanying video received rotation on the Disney Channel. The song appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 at #90 during the week of March 1, giving Robb her first charting single. Robb was a fan of the book before being cast in the role, saying that it "touched me in a way I hadn't been touched by a book before." Robb went on to appear in The Reaping, Have Dreams, Will Travel, Jumper (in which she played the younger version of Rachel Bilson's character Millie), and Spy School. Despite negative reviews of the film overall, Robb's performance in Sleepwalking garnered praise; Time film critic Richard Schickel said, "There is a wonderful range to Robb's work...this is extraordinarily mature acting from someone this young and she wins our sympathy without once begging for it." In 2008, Robb recorded the voice of Mary Magdalene in The Word of Promise: Next Generation – New Testament: Dramatized Audio Bible.Robb starred alongside Dwayne Johnson in Race to Witch Mountain, which was released in March 2009. In 2010, she filmed The Space Between with actress Melissa Leo. She starred in Soul Surfer playing the role of Bethany Hamilton, who continued to surf after losing her arm in a shark attack.Robb has been confirmed to star as Wendy in the new dark take on Peter Pan directed by Ben Hibon, tentatively titled Pan.In February 2012, it was reported that Robb and Aimee Teegarden had landed a role in Life at These Speeds opposite Douglas Booth. The same month, it was announced that Robb landed the role of Carrie Bradshaw in The CW's Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries.

My thoughts on Bella and Edward relationshipEdit

Edward and Bella's relationship is to me something really beautiful but in many ways dangerous. There was something about Bella that attracted Edward as he said "Your scent. It's like a drug to me. You're like my own personal brand of heroin." you see her scent was that thing that attracted him in the beginning but then it turned in to something more , something deeper. Although Edward had no heart , he found a place for Bella inside of him.She helped him to realize that not everything was in killing and living in solitude. She gave him her heart and showed him how much she loves him and everything she will do for him.She wasn't afraid of death as long as it meant that she will be with him forever even after death. She gave him him everything even though Edward was a vampire, she wasn't afraid of him because she knew he would never hurt her because he loved her more than himself.People might sometimes get wrong idea about Edward and they sometimes say that Edward is bossy and abusive, but how can someone not be when they have a six pack good looking guy all around their girl.I would be jealous.Edward wanted to die for Bella believing she was dead, I know you are gonna say he left her , I KNOW. He left her to PROTECT HER.In everything he did or didn't , he always loved her and he will always love her.

Noah Calhoun and Allie HamiltonEdit

Noah's and Allie's love is something really amazing, They were separated but they still found a way back to each other. I support them but I will never wish that something that terrible to happen to anyone . Why? I wouldn't that just because it hurts , it hurts to know that every five minutes he had to read their story to her so she won't forget. I really don't want that to happen to another person. But still i want that kind of feelings that  Noah and Allie shared . Everytime I watch this movie I cry, because it hurts .

Elena Gilbert and Damon Salvatore in my opinionEdit

The first thing I love about their relationship is that they are both super hot and sexy. They are very cute together. I didn't like when Elena was in relationship with Stefan, I feel like Damon is made for her. He can teach her how to survive now that she is a vampire which Stefan couldn't because every time he tasted blood he goes nuts. I love how Damon carries for Elena , he has been hiding his feelings for her a long time.

Books I loveEdit

  • Echoes - Danielle Steel -You should all read this book . I fell in love with this book the first time I read it.

My Love Letter Edit

Love’s true path

My sweet and Darling

Today a feel very happy because I notice at each and every instant the importance you represent to me and the strength you transmit, so that I can face whichever obstacle without fear or insecurity, moved only by an infinite will to make you as happy as I feel this minute. You are gorgeous and adorable, capable of making me realize how good it is to feel alive, how good it is that your presence makes me grow and transform into a better person, capable of turning dreams into reality and make the result of those dreams, now shared by us both, and eternalizing then into an ambience of harmony, care and love. My life without you would lack meaning, lack sense. Without you I would be nothing but a wandering errant, searching for my path that could lead me to happiness’s door. But with you around, by my side, close to me, I’m certain of having made the right, safer and yet romantic choice. I feel that all this love and care, that I share here with you, goes both ways and it fills my heart with peace and joy. Gazing endlessly into your deep yet sweet eyes, I realize the tender and pure light that pours from your heart and soul. I shall never let this feeling that joins us perish. Never, by any chance, let us dript away from love’s true path, built on complicity and affection.

I love you and forever will! Love from ME

Some Quotes From Twilight To EclipseEdit

Edward & Bella quotes from the first three books

Bella: I love you. Edward: You are my life now.

Edward: And so the lion fell in love with the lamb. Bella: What a stupid lamb. Edward: What a sick, masochistic lion.

Edward: As you were sleeping, you said my name. You spoke so clearly, at first I thought you'd woken. But you rolled over restlessly and mumbled my name once more, and sighed. The feeling that coursed through me then was unnerving, staggering. And I knew I couldn't ignore you any longer.

Edward: If I could dream at all, it would be about you. And I'm not ashamed of it.

Alice: It's been almost a century that Edward's been alone. Now he's found you. You can't see the changes that we see, we who have been with him for so long. Do you think any of us want to look into his eyes for the next hundred years if he loses you?

Jessica: Edward Cullen is staring at you.

Bella: I was afraid... because, for, well, obvious reasons, I can't stay with you. And I'm afraid that I'd like to stay with you, much more than I should.

Edward: I should have left long ago. I should leave now. But I don't know if I can.

Bella: So what you're saying is, I'm your brand of heroin? Edward: Yes, you are exactly my brand of heroin.

Bella: I'm here... which, roughly translated, means I would rather die than stay away from you.

Edward: Your hair looks like a haystack, but I like it.

Edward: Do I dazzle you? Bella: Frequently.

Edward: It makes me... anxious to be away from you. I wasn't joking when I asked you to try not to fall in the ocean or get run over last Thursday. I was distracted all weekend, worrying about you.

Edward: It would be more... prudent for you not to be my friend. But I'm tired of trying to stay away from you, Bella.

Bella:You're doing it again. Edward: What? Bella: Dazzling me. Edward: Oh. Bella: It's not your fault. You can't help it.

Edward:If leaving is the right thing to do, then I'll hurt myself to keep from hurting you, to keep you safe. Bella: And you don't think I would do the same? Edward: You'd never have to make the choice.

Edward: Bella, I couldn't live with myself if I ever hurt you. You don't know how it's tortured me. The thought of you, still, white, cold - to never see you blush scarlet again, to never see that flash of intuition in your eyes when you see through my pretenses - it would be unendurable. You are the most important thing to me now. The most important thing to me ever.

Edward: If you let anything happen to yourself - anything at all - I'm holding you personally responsible.

Bella: I miss you. Edward: I know, Bella. Believe me, I know. It's like you've taken half my self away with you. Bella: Come and get it, then. Edward: Soon, as soon as I possibly can. I will make you safe first. Bella:I love you. Edward: Could you believe that, despite everything I've put you through, I love you, too? Bella: Yes, I can, actually. Edward: I'll come for you soon. Bella: I'll be waiting.

Edward: As long as it makes you happy, I'll be here. Bella: You're talking about forever, you know.

Edward: Friends don't let friends drive drunk. Bella: Drunk? Edward: You're intoxicated by my very presence.

Edward: Would I let a tree hurt you?

Edward: I will stay with you - isn't that enough? Bella: Enough for now... Look, I love you more than everything else in the world combined. Isn't that enough? Edward: Yes, it is enough. Enough for forever.

Edward: Bella, I can't live in a world where you don't exist.

Edward: How can I put this so that you'll believe me? You're not asleep, and you're not dead. I'm here, and I love you. I have always loved you, and I will always love you. I was thinking of you, seeing your face in my mind, every second that I was away. When I told you that I didn't want you, it was the very blackest kind of blasphemy.

Edward: The odds are always stacked against us. Mistake after mistake. I'll never criticize Romeo again.

Edward: Before you, Bella, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars- points of light and reason. And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn’t see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything.

Edward: I can see where you might confuse me with a nightmare. But I can't imagine what you could have done to wind up in hell. Did you commit many murders while I was away? Bella: Obviously not. If I was in hell, you wouldn't be with me.

Edward: Isabella Marie Swan. Do you believe that I asked the Volturi to kill me because I felt guilty?

Bella: The way I feel about you will never change. Of course I love you—and there's nothing you can do about it! Edward: That's all I needed to hear.

Edward: My heart hasn't beat in almost ninety years, but this was different. It was like my heart was gone —like I was hollow. Like I'd left everything that was inside me here with you. Bella: That's funny. Edward: Funny? Bella: I thought it was just me. Lots of pieces of me went missing, too. I haven't been able to really breathe in so long. And my heart. That was definitely lost.

Bella: I don't trust myself to be... enough. To deserve you. There's nothing about me that could hold you. Edward: Your hold is permanent and unbreakable. Never doubt that.

Bella: The worst the Volturi can do is kill me. You can leave me. The Volturi, Victoria- they're nothing compared to that.

Edward: Your epiphany? Bella: You love me. Edward: Truly, I do.

Bella: Do you think I'll ever get better at this? That my heart might someday stop trying to jump out of my chest whenever you touch me? Edward: I really hope not.

Bella: No matter what might ever happen to me, you are not allowed to hurt yourself!

Bella: I'd rather die than be with Mike Newton. I'd rather die than be with anyone but you.

Edward: Try to sleep, Bella. Bella: No, I want you to kiss me again. Edward: You're overestimating my self-control. Bella: Which is tempting you more, my blood or my body? Edward: It's a tie.

Edward: Bella, would you please stop trying to take your clothes off? Bella: Do you want to do that part?

Edward: This is unbearable. So many things I've wanted to give you — and this is what you decide to demand. Do you have any idea how painful it is, trying to refuse you when you plead with me this way? Bella:Then don't refuse.

Renee: There's something . . . strange about the way you two are together. The way he watches you — it's so . . . protective. Like he's about to throw himself in front of a bullet to save you or something.

Renee: It's not just him. I wish you could see how you move around him. Bella: What do you mean? Renee: The way you move — you orient yourself around him without even thinking about it. When he moves, even a little bit, you adjust your position at the same time. Like magnets . . . or gravity. You're like a . . . satellite, or something. I've never seen anything like it.

Bella: I know who I can't live without.

Edward: I love you. I want you. Right now.

Charlie: Isn't Edward up for a little healthy competition? Bella: There's no competition.

Bella:I think it's something about the inevitability. How nothing can keep them apart — not her selfishness, or his evil, or even death, in the end. . . . Edward: I still think it would be a better story if either of them had one redeeming quality. Bella:I think that may be the point. Their love is their only redeeming quality. Edward: I hope you have better sense than that — to fall in love with someone so . . . malignant. Bella: It's a bit late for me to worry about who I fall in love with. But even without the warning, I seem to have managed fairly well.

Edward: But if you ever bring her back damaged again — and I don't care whose fault it is; I don't care if she merely trips, or if a meteor falls out of the sky and hits her in the head — if you return her to me in less than the perfect condition that I left her in, you will be running with three legs. Do you understand that, mongrel?

Edward: And if you ever kiss her again, I will break your jaw for her.

Jacob: May the best man win. Edward: Sounds about right... pup.

Edward: I won't let anything happen to you. Bella: I'm not worried about myself so much. Edward: Why am I not surprised by that?

Edward: Everyone else is able to get away with giving you things. Everyone but me. I would have loved to get you a graduation present, but I didn't. I knew it would have upset you more than if anyone else did. That's utterly unfair. How do you explain yourself? Bella: Easy. You're more important than everyone else. And you've given me you. That's already more than I deserve, and anything else you give me just throws us more out of balance.

Bella: Here's the thing . . . I've already gone crazy once. I know what my limits are. And I can't stand it if you leave me again.

Edward: Never be afraid to tell me how you feel, Bella. If this is what you need . . .You are my first priority. Bella: I didn't mean it that way - like you have to choose me over your family. Edward:I know that. Besides, that's not what you asked. You gave me two alternatives that you could live with, and I chose the one that I could live with. That's how compromise is supposed to work.

Edward: Isabella Swan? I promise to love you forever - every single day of forever. Will you marry me? Bella: Yes.

Bella: It's a good thing you're bulletproof. I'm going to need that ring. It's time to tell Charlie.

Edward: I was all braced for the wrath that was going to put grizzlies to shame, and this is what I get? I should infuriate you more often.

Bella: I'll tell you what's dangerous. I'm going to spontaneously combust one of these days... and you'll have no one but yourself to blame.

Edward: I'm sorry. I was wrong. It's much easier to have the proper perspective when I have you safely here. I go a little berserk when I try to leave you.

Edward: Sleep, my Bella. Dream happy dreams. You are the only one who has ever touched my heart. It will always be yours. Sleep, my only love.

Bella: Slumber parties do have their advantages... You can hold me hostage any time you want.

Before You, BellaEdit

"Before you, Bella, my life was like a moonless night. Very Dark, but there were stars--points of light and reason...And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything.

" Because you've given me no choice! Bella, we're supposed to be partners, remember? But you decided this on your own, you've decided to leave me."

"It's an extraordinary thing to meet someone who you can bare your soul to and accept you for what you are. I've been waiting, for what seems like a very long time, to get beyond what I am. With Bella I feel like I can finally begin. So I'd like to propose a toast to my beautiful bride. No measure of time with you will be long enough. But let's start with forever."

Oh my gosh! Can you guys believe it!?! The end of The Twilight Series' movies are coming to an end. Twilight was the biggest franchise of 2008 to 2012 for me. That insired so many books, movies, and everything now to be. It was just so crazy on how one book changed everything! Stephanie Meyer is honored for her new fame becuase of her books and the movies made. I believe this series of vampires (and romance involved) was amazing and memorable. I highly doubt this could be forgotten at all. Vampires just became the next big thing of the decade and was incredible. Twilight was just the start off for this trend. And it literally became something to convert non-believers. Even me, personally. The book and movie of Twilight was a really interesting story to desire to know more about; A girl, with her lack-of-know-how and general paleness with no interest in anything but a boy who's a vampire and falls in love with him. With a background conflict of the secret of vampires, the 'killers' who want Bella as their meal, and Edward's hard decision of making her into a 'monster'. In the end of that story, Bella will stay human.....for now. New Moon was written and made, then Eclipse, Then Breaking Dawn Part 1 and now Breaking Dawn Part 2 . I can't believe it I just can't believe it.

A Song That Belongs To Bella & EdwardEdit

My eyes were opened when I first saw you,you made my heart skip a beat,I heard nothing but yours...your heart,Never have felt the way I feel about you in a century,I want you around me,but I'm in a need to know

Chorus: Oh Bella,Oh Bella it's hard to resist, every move you make, every step you take, every word you say, every breath you take makes my heart ache,Oh Bella,Oh Bella it's hard to resist

I couldn't stop thinking about you,so oh,oh I revealed who I was,i could not hide, they say that's what happens when "two hearts collide" and I didn't believe until I experienced it,Does not change the fact that oh Bella you need to hear

Chorus: Oh Bella,Oh Bella it's hard to resist, every move you make, every step you take, every word you say, every breath you take makes my heart ache,Oh Bella,Oh Bella it's hard to resist

But now looking since you are mine,I guess you could say we are doing fine but Im still reserved ,you think I'm obsurd for saying I have to be careful but the fact still remains...

Chorus: Oh Bella,Oh Bella it's hard to resist, every move you make, every step you take, every word you say, every breath you take makes my heart ache,Oh Bella,Oh Bella it's hard to resist

Robert Pattinson's SongsEdit

Head on fast, but it came on easy Now I won't be gone for long, at least I'm going [home] [I'm here for you], now you know what you lost Now you are the thieves that you pardoned Search for need, it'll never come Now you have fallen There's more for their own now Sometimes I need a focus, I need a reason So, so long

Stray dog You're only Joker no, joker no more

Oh to each their own When you can call on your mind It's a crime to hold back the tears sometime And, wasted wasted, all before You forget what you came here for And, you need to see the signs And, you need to stop wasting time And, start to save that stolen Story that you heard before. And I waited for you, but you're long gone

Stray dog You're only, only a stray, Joker no, joker no more Yeah, stray dog

I'll be your man And I'll understand And I'll do my best To take good care of you

You'll be my queen I'll be your king And I'll be your lover too Yeah yeah Yes I will

Derry down green Color of my dream A dream that's daily coming true. And ohhh when the day is through I will come to you and tell you of Your many charms

And when you look at me With eyes that see And we'll melt into each others arms

You'll be my queen And I'll be your king And I'll be your lover too

  • I WAS BROKEN (Sung By Marcus Foster)

I was alone I was tired but now im bound My head is off the ground For a long time I was so weary Tired of the sound,I've heard before Knowing of the nights im out the door Haunted by the things i've made Stuck between the burning light and the dusty shade

Said I used to think the past was dead and gone But I was wrong, so wrong Whatever makes you blind must make you strong, make you strong In my time I've melted into many forms From the day that I was born,I know that there is no place to hide Stuck between the burning shade and the fading light

I was broken for a long time But it's over now Said I was broken for a long time But it's over now

Yes and you, yeah well you walk these lonely streets that people send, people send There are some wounds that just can't mend And I do pretend Now I'm free from all the things that take my friends And I will stand here till the end Now I know I can take the moon Stuck between the burning shade and the faded light I was broken for a long time But it's over now, it's over now Mm it's over now, now, now It's over now, it's over now. It's over now, now

Said I was broken for a long time But it's over, but it's over But it's over, but it's over But it's over, but it's over But it's over now, now, now, now But it's over, love is over But it's over now But it's over, love is over But it's over now, now, now I was broken for a long time now But it's over, but it's over now yeah Over now, it's all over, it's over now.

She was standing there by the broken tree Her hands were all twisted she was pointing at me I was damned by the light coming out of her eyes She spoke with a voice that disrupted the sky She said walk on over into bitter shade, I will wrap you in my arms and you'll know you've been saved' Let me sign, let me sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign.

I was out for a drink in a soho bar The air was smoked out liked a cheap cigar She rose out of her seat like a painted ghost She was the woman that I wanted the most As she reached for my arm I gave her my hand I said 'Lay me down easy let me understand' Let me sign, let sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign.

As I walked through the door she was still in my head As I entered the room she was laid there in bed She reached out for me all twisted in black I was on my way down, never coming back Let me sign, let me sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign. Let me sign, let me sign, can't fight the devil so just let me sign.

Cos When the moon shines we'll sparkle together Told ya that I'll live forever Said I'm not human but I'm still a man Never criticize Romeo again Thank heaven I'm not your father... (Fade out)

I should never think What's in your heart What's in our home So I won't

You'll learn to hate me But still call me baby Oh love So call me by my name

And save your soul Save your soul Before you're to far gone Before nothing can be done

I'll try to decide when She'll lie in the end I ain't got no fight in me In this whole damn world So hold off She should hold off It's the one thing that I've known

Once I put my coat on I'm coming out in this all wrong She's standing outside holding me Saying "Oh please, I'm in love, I'm in love!"

Girl save your soul Go on save your soul Before it's to far gone And before nothing can be done

Cause without me You got it all So hold on Without me you got it all So hold on Without me you got it all Without me you got it all So hold on Without me you got it all So hold on Without me you got it all So hold on.

Well, I like this world Well, I like this world Well, I like this world I fight outwards in this world I pray I was in this world I could fight with words

Ghosts in the rain Cold walk of freedom Well, I'm working the hard way And I'm working all day Yeah, I'm working the hard way. Said I'm walking a hallway Well, I'm walking a hallway

I am proud and I'm gloried Thinking 'bout the day what'll surely come When out of scene, I'm smile evaded When outta nowhere, I'm gonna run But I know where I go, I will be gone

Somewhere to run to--if you see If you see it through my mind You wouldn't know it— You'd know where my eyes roam Through the fog and hail and sleet I missed the snow and nowhere Nowhere, nowhere, nowhere You should've known where Should've known where You should've known where Should've known better, baby

'Cause I like this world And I like this world

Some people are born to roam Some people, they roam this world alone Some people are born to roam Some people they roam this world alone.

Dialogue occurs between Edward and Bella in which he expresses his concern for her, plants the false "safe" version of the story in which he was there the whole time, and agrees to tell her the truth later in exchange for her cooperation. Later in the hospital, when Tyler asks how she was able to get out of the way so fast, Bella goes along with the false story Edward gave her, which earns his trust. The incident is much more involved than what is portrayed in the movie, giving Bella even more proof of Edward's superhuman abilities. Edward is standing only four cars down from Bella when Tyler loses control of the van. The van is spinning out of control and not only skids toward Bella, but rotates toward her after Edward's initial attept to deflect it- supporting the "bad luck" idea about her. The van rocks up on two wheels after the first impact, causing Edward to further expose himself by catching it and moving Bella out of the way before it comes down on her legs. Edward braces himself against the car parked next to Bella's truck in order to stop the van, causing him to make an impression in it shaped like his shoulders - which Bella notices. Additionally, Bella is injured since Edward is moving too fast to be gentle when he grabs her and moves her out of the way. He is unable to prevent her head from smacking the icy pavement. Charlie arrives on the scene, and speaks to Bella before she is taken to the hospital. EMTs are involved, and Bella notices that 8 people are needed just to shift the van enough to bring stretchers in (presumably relating this to Edward's demonstration of his immense strength, just prior). A neck brace is put on Bella, much to her chagrin. Tyler's injuries come across as somewhat more severe in the book.

In the movie, Edward walks away after saving Bella from Tyler's van and there is no dialogue between them at the time. Bella realizes Edward is obviously hiding something, and while she mentions his involvement, she chooses on her own not to bring up his inexplicable strength in being able to stop the van with his bare hands. This keeping of his secret without being asked to is how she earns his trust. The entire incident is simplified a great deal. Edward's impossible speed and strength are still obvious to Bella, but without quite as much evidence. Edward is on the other side of the parking lot when Tyler loses control of the van, which does not spin out of control, but slides laterally on its way to side-swipe Bella's truck - with her sandwiched between the two vehicles. Edward's reaction and/or movement seems faster. From a much greater distance than in the book, he gets to Bella in time to cradle her gently with one arm, and - almost casually - stop the motion of the van with the other. Edward is portrayed as a nearly unmovable force. The momentum of the van hardly affects him at all, barely causing him to rock toward the truck slightly, but not enough to come in contact with it. While the "story" is that she hit her head, Bella suffers no injury from the van or Edward's intervention, and is simply shocked after witnessing Edward's abilities. 9-1-1 is called, but the scene cuts to the hospital before an ambulance or EMTs are shown. Bella is never shown on a stretcher, or in a neck brace. After the accident, Charlie first sees Bella at the hospital, rather than at the school. Tyler is barely injured having only a small cut on his forehead.

In the book, Charlie is waiting in the waiting room for Bella.

In the movie, Charlie is in the E.R. with Bella and tells Tyler: "You can kiss your license goodbye!"

In the book, it is stated that Esme was turned before Rosalie, meaning that Esme would be with the Cullens.

In the movie, when Jacob tells Bella of the legends between his tribe and the Cullens, there is a flashback scene of Edward, Carlisle, Rosalie and Emmett feeding on an animal. Esme is absent in the scene.

In the book, after the incident with the van, Edward undented the car he had smashed into.

In the movie, he wasn't near any other car to dent it .

In the book, Laurent says the line "you brought a snack" in the form of a question.

In the movie, James says the line, but as a statement.

In the movie, she just tells Edward to put on his seat belt.

In the book, the guys that were following her taunted her but she never kicks one of the guys. In addition, Edward never exits his car; instead, pulls up swiftly and flings open the passenger door and growling fiercely, "Get in." He fears getting out of his vehicle will tempt him to kill her stalkers.

In the movie, she kicks one of them. Edward also gets out of the car and growls at the men who were following her before regaining control and speeding off with Bella.

The difference in height between the Cullen men and the women is much less drastic. This is especially noticeable with Emmett, who is supposed to be much taller than the others, and Jasper, who looks rather small in the movie.

that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.

In the book, Edward leaves his cell phone in a trash can in Rio de Janeiro and someone answers it when Alice calls. In the movie, he crushes his cell phone and leaves it on his hotel room floor outside Brazil (you can see the Jesus monument in the background), and no one calls again.
Bella wears a light blue shirt to her birthday party. Bella wears a green dress and a black cover-up to her birthday party.

At the party, the cake is pink.

At the party, the cake is green, white, and decorated with a bunch of pretty flowers.

Edward shoves Bella into the pile of gifts, cake, and crystal plates (which is what cut her).

In the book, Bella learned of the Cullen's powers in the first book (in the first *movie* Jasper's powers were not mentioned at all)

Edward shoves Bella into the wall and the glass candle holders cut her.

In the movie, Bella reluctantly decides to go to the party at the Cullen's house because Jasper made her, though they never told of his powers in any of the two movies

Emmett holds Jasper back from attacking Bella along with Rosalie's help instead of Carlisle's. Carlisle helps Emmett hold Jasper back while Rosalie just stands around.
Carlisle asks Bella if she'd like to be examined in the hospital or right in his home. She wants to avoid the hospital so she won't have to deal with Charlie. Carlisle rushes to examine and treat Bella immediately.
Edward and Alice stay with Bella instead of going outside at first, to assist Carlisle in treating Bella's injury. Bella tells Edward to leave, but, he insists he'll be fine. Carlisle and Alice insist to Edward that he do something more useful and go talk to Jasper, saying he'd be the only one Jasper would listen to right now. Alice leaves when Carlisle starts stitching up Bella's wound. Alice apologetically rushes to go outside away from Bella's tempting blood. Carlisle tells Edward to talk to Jasper, and Edward does so without saying a word.
Bella hears Edward when she is in danger. Bella also sees a ghostly vision of Edward whenever she is in danger. This vision speaks to her occasionally.
Bella has one black and one red motorcycle. She got them from the youngest son of the Markses, after being put in the front lawn of their house. Bella has one black and one silver motorcycle. She says that she saved it from the junkyard, which she does but skips the whole origin of the motorcycles.
Bella went to the Cullens house, and is confused at first to why she was there. She kept hearing the words "as if I never existed". She wants to hear his voice again. This is never mentioned in the movie.
Jacob takes Mike home after Mike gets sick at the movies. Jacob snaps at Mike at the movies and leaves.

This is all done at the stairs of the movie theatre while Mike is throwing up in the bathroom around the corner.
Bella thinks the whole Volterra event was a dream and argues with Edward that she doesn't want to wake up. Bella believes that she is awake.
Bella and Edward were in Bella's bedroom when Edward told Bella to marry him first if she wants him to change her himself. Bella and Edward were in the forest after the Jacob confrontation when Edward asked her.
Bella reconnects with Jacob, and wakes up from her depression, in January. It is shown that Bella, still in her depression, continues to send Alice emails in the month of February.
Carlisle drops the pieces of glass from Bella's arm onto the table at first. Carlisle drops the pieces of glass from Bella's arm directly into a bowl containing antimicrobial fluid.
While Carlisle is revealing Edward's transformation process back in 1918, he said he took the nearly dying Edward to his home to transform him. People at the clinic had no suspicions as Edward could have passed for dead. Carlisle transformed Edward right in his clinic bed while the room was empty.
In the book, inside Bella's truck (after Edward had driven Bella home from the papercut incident), Edward says if she were with her normal human friends, the incident wouldn't have happened, or if it did, it wouldn't have turned out so bad. This is when Edward takes it as a fact that they just can't be together. In the movie, Bella points out the fact that as long as she's a human, she'll face many incidents much like the one that just happened, and something is bound to separate them such as an accident, illness, and aging. She says the only solution to prevent these things in the future is to transform her. Edward says "That's not a solution, it's a tragedy."
Edward and Bella share her birthday-kiss-request in her bed. This is done outside her truck in front of her home, next to the truck.
Edward stays overnight alongside Bella in her bed the night of her birthday. Edward is notably acting distant, and walks home.

When Edward sees Bella in Volterra, he believes he is dead and she is an angel. He also quotes a line from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

After realizing he protected her at the stone wall.

When Edward sees Bella in Volterra, he says "heaven" before she pushes him out of the light, whereby he realizes she is alive.

After realizing, they began kissing.

Harry Clearwater dies of a fatal heart attack. It is later suggested that the sudden change of his children into werewolves caused Harry's heart attack and subsequent death. Harry Clearwater dies because of a heart attack caused by Jacob in his wolf form, when he attacks Victoria, while Harry is in her hands.
Bella spends the entire Italy trip thinking Edward still doesn't want her and that he tried to die out of guilt. Bella and Edward have the reunion conversation almost instantly when Bella pushes him out of the light in Volterra. Edward tells her 'the truth' and there is no confusion.
'The Vote' takes place at the Cullen's dining room table, which is presumably only used for important family discussions. Protecting the family from the wrath of the Volturi is the reason Bella gives for wanting to be transformed. Edward sits on Bella's left, and gives a speech outlining an alternate plan for dealing with the Volturi in which she need not be transformed. During the vote Edward storms out and breaks something, Bella asks each person for their answer directly. 'The Vote' is less formal, the Cullens stand around in their living room. The Volturi are not mentioned, and Bella simply points out that they all know what she wants, and she knows she's asking for a lot. Edward lurks behind, on the stairs, Bella tells him to "shut up" when he begins to protest, and he does not give an 'against' speech. Bella asks Alice first to get the ball rolling, and then each person volunteers their own answer without being called upon.
Bella tells the wolves about the powers some of the Cullens have. Bella doesn't tell them, but at the end of the movie, Jacob tells Edward to get out of his head.
The Cullens are unaware that Victoria is seeking revenge by coming after either Edward or Bella. If this were the case Edward would never have left her in that danger. Edward tells Alice not to interfere by looking into Bella's future. The Cullens and Edward are aware of Victoria but leave anyway. Edward is relying on Alice's sight to foresee Victoria's attack.
Edward is taking Bella home and she tells Edward that Charlie was probably staring at the clock (since she's under house arrest for leaving) and that he better get her home. When they arrive there he tells her that she is already in more trouble. The cause of it is that her motorcycle is parked in Charlie's driveway. Bella gets mad and feels betrayed and they go see Jacob in the woods beside her house (he is there waiting for Edward). Jacob talks to Bella and Edward and says that he told Charlie the bike was hers so that Charlie could ground her so that she couldn't see Edward, thinking he was the reason that she didn't see him anymore and the real reason was that she was already grounded. Then he feels very sorry for what he had done. While this is happening Charlie is in the background screaming at Bella to get inside. Then Jacob gets mad when Bella has to go and Edward won't let him touch her being defensive because he is scared that Jacob might hurt her. Edward was getting ready to face Jacob but then Bella stopped him and then they just left, leaving Jacob there while she went to go face Charlie.

Gianna tells Edward, Bella and Alice the direction to go to get out of the Volturi's home.

Alec comes to inform Bella, Edward and Alice that they must wait until midnight before they can leave.

Heidi wears a red vinyl shirt and black skirt when arriving with the group of humans. Bella realizes that she was the "bait" as well as the "fisher" due to her clothes that emphasized her beauty.

Heidi and Demetri share a few lines.

Jacob stops Edward's car when Edward is taking Bella home and Edward reads Jacob's mind, sensing that Jacob wants to talk to him. Edward and Bella go and Jacob yells at Edward for putting Bella in such danger, and he promises Bella that he would never do that to her. But Bella tells Jacob not to make her choose between him or Edward, because she would choose Edward in the end. Jacob walks closer to them and Edward pushes him and Jacob transforms mid-air almost attacks Edward, but Bella calms the two down, letting Jacob run away.

Gianna says something in Italian. She only greets them, and then you don't see her again.

Alec does not tell them to wait. Instead, he waits with the rest of the guard in the main room ready to feed.

Heidi wears an elegant red dress with elbow-length black gloves.

Heidi and Demetri only share three lines

- "Nice fishing, Heidi"

- "Yes, they do look rather juicy."

- "Save some for me."

In the book Edward proposes in her bedroom after they vote about her becoming a vampire. Bella reacts at first as if he is joking, and then there is an entire conversation about it. This is when she tells Edward she wants him to change her, and not Alice or Carlisle. All this happens before they talk with Jacob about the treaty.

In the movie, he proposes in the forest on the way back to Bella's house after the confrontation where Jacob stops them to talk about the treaty. The key part where Bella tells Edward that she wants him to change her occurs in the car before Jacob stops them. The movie ends abruptly, before she has a chance to answer his proposal, and most of the conversation is left out - including the part where Bella thinks he's joking.

Alice asks Bella "How strongly are you opposed to grand theft auto?" while they were still on the plane. Right after they landed. In the movie, they are already in the car and Bella asks where she got the car and Alice replies "I figured you wouldn't be opposed to grand theft auto."
When Bella goes to school in the beginning after she had her dream, Alice is there with her and Edward talking before school. This is when Alice gives Bella her birthday present, but Bella rejects it. In the movie, Bella is alone with Edward before school starts and after Jacob gives her the dream-catcher. Alice gives her a gift in a busy school hallway, tells her "happy birthday", and is shushed by an embarrassed Bella. Bella is irritated at first telling Alice "I thought I said no presents". Alice explains that she has already "seen" Bella open it, and wear it later on that evening to the gathering at the Cullen's home in her honor - using this statement to invite her. Jasper uses his mood control power on Bella presumably to help persuade her to accept the gift (unlike in the book), but also to agree to attend. Bella quickly realizes he has done so and calls him on it, but attends in spite of this fact.
After Bella's birthday Edward waits 3 nights before he leaves. He leaves the next day in the movie.

In the book Bella thought Emmett & Rosalie were in Africa before her birthday.

Edward- "They're all very excited."

Bella- "Fine, I'll behave."

Edward- "I probably should warn you..."

Bella- "Please do."

Edward- "When I say they're all excited... I do mean all of them."

Bella- "Everyone? I thought Emmett & Rosalie were in Africa?"

In the movie, this is not mentioned.

As soon as Edward and Bella get to the Cullen's house for her birthday Emmett leaves. Bella doesn't know why. But later when she "opens" the gift from him, Rosalie & Jasper it's empty.

Jasper explains: It's a stereo for your truck. Emmett's installing it right now so that you can't return it.

In the movie, Emmett is there, and says he has already installed it in her truck, when she opens the box up and he's the one that explains it to her.
Edward give Bella a CD he and Alice made with Bella's Lullaby & Esme's favorite on it. In the movie, this is not mentioned.
In the book, Before he leaves, Edward puts all Bella's presents/pictures of him under one of her floorboards. She thinks he took them. In the movie, he is shown looking at the photos, that is all.
Bella and Jacob talk about him becoming a werewolf before Paul changes into a wolf and tries to attack Bella. Then at Emily's house they talk in the corner. After Jacob gets back from his fight with Paul they take a walk on the beach and that's when they talk about him being a werewolf. And they never talk at Emily's house.
At the beach after Jacob pulls Bella out of the water Sam is there with him and Bella can hear them talking about her. And she spills up tons of water. Harry Clearwater is in the hospital at Forks He wasn't dead yet. Sam is not there right after Jacob pulls her out. And she barely spills any water out. Harry Clearwater was already dead.
In the book when Sam rescues Bella from the woods (after Edward leaves), when he find her he asks her "Have you been hurt?" Instead of "Are you hurt?" Which is significant because that's his way of asking if the vampires had hurt her. In the movie, Sam says nothing to Bella in this scene.
The first time Jacob noticed Bella's "vampire bite" was at the movies. He asked her where she got it and she replied "Do you honestly expect me to remember where all my scars came from?" After finding out that Jacob was a werewolf and they were hanging out in Jacobs garage one night during spring break, he was asking questions about the Vampires and asking why Edward had killed James. Then Bella told him the story. He wanted to know why she wasn't a vampire, and She told him Edward had saved her twice. He almost lost control while sitting in the Rabbit with her. In the movie, the first time he sees Bella's bite scar is in her bedroom when he's trying to get her to remember the story he told her about the Quileute legends. It seems to be vaguely inferred that he automatically figures out it's a vampire bite. If this is the case, he also assumes it wasn't one of the Cullens since he doesn't react as if he thinks the treaty may have been violated.
In the book Jacob just knows that Bella doesn't like to listen to music, even though Bella never told him. This is significant because it shows how close they are and what good friends they are. In the movie, Bella turns off the music the first time they are working on the bikes together and tells him she doesn't like music anymore.
Bella grabs at her chest throughout the whole book trying to "hold herself together." In the movie, she only does it a few times.
When Alice comes to Bella's house her eyes are black because she is thirsty.

In the movie, her eyes are golden and she is not thirsty.

When Edward calls for Charlie, Jacob states it was "Dr. Carlisle Cullen." Jacob is unaware it is Edward. He tells him he is at a funeral as it is a couple of days later. Edward does not use Carlisle's name and Jacob is aware it is Edward. Jacob tells him Charlie is arranging a funeral.
Alice stays the night, talks to Bella about her past, and talks with Charlie about how depressed Bella was when they left. In the movie, this doesn't happen at all, and they do not talk of Alice's past at all in the movie and Alice didn't not stay at all, she came and then left with Bella.
In the book, Edward's eyes are black in Volterra because his depression over the separation from Bella has kept him from feeding. He was living off rats... In the movie, Edward's eyes are golden in Volterra.
In the book, Mike wants to see Tomorrow and Forever. In the movie, Mike wants to see Love Spelled Backwards is Love.
In the book, Bella screams out Edward's name over & over and "Edward, no!" as she's running to stop him from exposing his vampire nature to the crowd. She reaches him just before he steps out into the sunlight, and succeeds in keeping him from doing so - thus preventing him from breaking the exposure rule. The little girl sees him, but he remains in the shadows. In the movie, Bella does not call out to him, and does not say anything until she has already reached him. Edward has already stepped out into the sunlight which is clearly shown glistening off his skin. The little girl is already watching him before he steps into the sunlight, and surely sees his skin's inhuman reaction to the sunlight. Presumably she is unable to properly relay that information to her parents, and due to this fact the rule is still considered unbroken.
In the book series, Edward and Bella have said "I love you" to each other many times before the birthday kiss request scene.

In the movie series, the "I love you" they exchange after Bella's birthday kiss request in front of her house is the first and only time this occurs in the first two movies. Bella thinks "Edward, I love you," just before Laurent is about to kill her, but Edward is not there to return the sentiment.

In the book, when Bella jumps off the cliff she screams. That is how Jacob knows she was cliff diving. Jacob was in his wolf form when she jumps, and so his senses were keen enough to hear her, and know where to find her. He also explained that after they lost Victoria's scent, he thought she might come to the beach as Bella had been spending so much time there. Also in the book, there is a huge storm brewing when she more reason it was dangerous when she jumped. She also had another conversation with Edward while drowning in the water.

In the movie, Bella doesn't scream when she jumps. Around this same time, Jacob is shown on a cliff nearby after chasing Victoria into the ocean. Presumably he was still there fuming over Victoria's escape, and thus able to see Bella jump, rather than hear her scream.

In the movie only the water was turbulent, but it wasn't as stormy as in the book. No conversation in the water when she was drowning. In the movie, she saw him in the water and that was all.

Bella suggests to Mike that they go see Crosshairs.

In the movie, Bella suggests to Mike that they go see Face Punch (which contains only gun sound effects, despite the name).

When Bella and Alice are in Voltera, Bella gets out of the yellow Porsche and Alice tells her to run. Bella does, but she is in such a hurry she leaves the door open.

In the movie, she slams the door and runs.

(Parts of The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner)
In the book, after Jacob confronts Edward in front of the high school before classes start, Principal Greene tells Jacob to leave, and he does so - alone. Bella visits Jacob two days after the battle. Bella visits Jacob right after Carlisle's surgery on him, on the same day of the battle.
