Is a Volunteers everyone who change there style in Special:Preferences to the new Beta-"New Wikia Look" skin?

How to enable the Beta Layout:

Use the following interactions to enable the beta layout on your computer.

1. Log in to Wikia with the username with which you signed up for the beta - the cookie will only work for users who we've added to a special permissions group
2. Go to http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Special:DevCookie
3. Select "Set cookie to true" and click "Submit"
4. Go to http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Special:NewLook
5. Go to Special:Preferences under skin
6. select "New Wikia Look"
7. deselect "Let the admins override my skin choice. (recommended)"
8. click save
