Twilight: The Graphic Novel

Twilight: The Graphic Novel is a graphic novel based on the first book of the Twilight series. It was published by Yen Press. Volume 1 was released on March 16, 2010, with an initial print run of 350,000 copies.^[1] Volume 2 was released on October 11, 2011.

Volume 1Edit

The graphic novel follows closely with the first book. It uses direct quotes from the book, while shortening some scenes or omitting them all together.

It starts off with Bella telling the preface, describing James about to kill her. Then it shows her moving from Phoenix to Forks. Her life begins when she meets Edward Cullen, and they begin a romantic relationship at the end of the book, awaiting its continuation in the second volume.

Volume 2Edit

The second novel is the continuation of the first, starting off where Edward spends the night at Bella's house before introducing her to the rest of his family.

James, Victoria and Laurent appear in this novel. James catches Bella's scent at the baseball field and plans to kill her for sports. Eventually, he is killed by Edward's family.

Edward takes Bella to prom at the end of the volume.

Why do people are so crazy about Twilight? I mean, dreaming of becoming a vampire, dreaming of Edward/Robert, Jacob/Taylor, that's insane, that's wishing for a dream to come real, and then i see all over the internet people saying that Robert is gorgeous bla bla bla..., oh come on you really don't think that, you are just in love for what he represents "Edward", and the same goes the rest of the actors/characters. People should know the difference, they should just enjoy the story, period.
And why do people hate Twilight? Because they simply don't like it, because they're jealous of some fiction caracther, i believe that jealousy is a big reason, because people know they are not at the same level as the plot twilight characters are meaning: some silly girls and boys confuse the story with real life and expect the same amount of "someting" as shown in the story from real people, thus making those people hate it because they can't compete with someone that doesn't exist, turning them into the so called twilight haters.
I think that's just a small part because the list goes on for both sides.

Definitely worth reading, there's something about reading a decent graphic novel/Manga/comic as opposed to watching it on screen. The art work is beautiful and sequences well thought out. If your a fan of the series the graphic novels make a nice addition to the collection and a different perspective to enjoy the series in.

1) teamedward is better that team jacob u only like him cuz he is hot... edward is WAY hotter and sweeter and everything above and below that than jacob.

I just got this for my birthday and it's fucking amazing. Edward and Bella look better in the graphic novel than they do in the movies. In the graphic novel, I can understand why she loves Edward. In the movies...not so much. Hell, all the characters look incredible, even Jacob looks amazing. Also it's better explained in the graphic novel than in all the movies put together
