The Third Wife was a Quileute woman who was the wife of Taha Aki. She is known for saving the village and her husband after stabbing herself to distract the vampire, who had come to avenge her mates death.
Even though very little is known about her, she is mentioned by Billy Black at the Quileute council meeting in the Eclipse movie and book.
