Little is known about him except for the fact that he is a Lutheran pastor who marries Edward and Bella in Breaking Dawn. He agreed to Bella and Edward's request to trade the lines "till death do us apart" in the wedding oath to "as long as we shall live."
Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined
At the end of Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined, Mr. Weber is the reverend who holds the ritual of Beau Swan's funeral after he faked his death. His son, Allen, was present during the burial.

Mr. Weber's appearance was never described in the books, but his character was depicted in the film to have dark hair and pale skin.
