Mark Cotta Vaz is the author of the Twilight Saga behind the scenes books: Twilight: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion, New Moon: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion.

He has also written extensively about the Star Wars movies. He is the author of 27 books, some of which became New York Times bestsellers. This includes the Twilight: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion -- which entered the top USA Today of 100 Most Appreciated Titles of 2008. Currently Mark Cotta Vaz is working on an unknown history of Pan American Airways.
