A dedicated performer, writer, and creative producer, Quintanilla was born amidst the tumultuous winds and torrential rains of hurricane Alana on the southern coast of Texas. Eventually she moved east to Providence, where she attended Brown University, earning a BA in Theatre, Speech, and Dance. During that time, she trained at both the National Theater Institute and the St. Petersberg State Theatre Arts Academy in St. Petersberg, Russia.
