"They have a name for someone who smells the way Bella does to me. They call her my 'singer'— because her blood sings for me."
Edward Cullen[src]

La Tua Cantante is the Italian name of a human who's blood particularly appeals to a certain vampire in an extreme sense. Literally translated into English, it means 'your singer', and has been shortened to 'singer' whenever someone refers to La Tua Cantante. Edward's singer was Bella, and Emmett was said to have two previous singers. No one else has mentioned in the Twilight series as being or having a singer. The reference to La Tua Cantante was made in New Moon, by Aro, and was the first time any of the Cullens, except Edward, had heard of the term.
