June 20 is the date that Edward Anthony Masen (later Edward Cullen), was born, in Chicago in 1901. Edward was changed at age 17 (in 1918) by Carlisle Cullen. Carlisle found Edward and his mother in the hospital dying of Spanish Influenza while he was on duty.
