Jeff is one of the men who tried to attack (and potentially rape) Bella Swan with the serial rapist Lonnie in Twilight. He wasn't exactly sure what Lonnie intended to do, but followed his lead blindly. His fate is unknown, as Lonnie was left unconscious in an alley by Carlisle Cullen and Jeff was not heard from again.
