Jeff is one of the men who tried to attack and rape Bella Swan, along with the serial rapist Lonnie in Twilight. He wasn't exactly sure what Lonnie intended to do, but followed his lead blindly. He was not heard of again, while Lonnie was left unconscious in an alley by Carlisle Cullen and then taken in by the police in Portland, Oregon.
