Hypnotic vision is Kumboh's ability to give another individual compelling suggestions.
Description
This power worked by Kumboh looking directly into another individual's eyes and control their actions. While using this power, his eyes turned temporarily pearl white. The person who looked directly into them would fall under his control for a short period of time and then would feel disoriented. The full extent of this power was never shown.
Limitations
Since this was a psychic power, it most likely had no effect on Bella Swan's mental shield.
