'''Forks High School''' is a real high school on South Spartan Avenue in the town of [[Forks, Washington]], which serves grades 9 to 12 in the Quileute Valley School District. It is also the setting for much of the [[Twilight Saga]], during [[Bella]]'s junior and senior years. Many of the Cullens pretend to be of age to attend high school during the book ''[[Twilight]]''; however, during ''[[New Moon]]'', [[Rosalie]], [[Jasper]], and [[Emmett]] have graduated and so only [[Edward]] and [[Alice]] continue to attend. In the [[New Moon book to movie differences|film adaption]] of [[New Moon (film)|''New Moon'']], Jasper still attends it. The school is described as a collection of matching buildings, built with maroon-colored bricks and surrounded by trees and shrubs; in the film adaptations it is shown as being one large building, with the shrubs and trees still present.

In the special features of the ''[[New Moon (film)|New Moon ''DVD'']], it is stated that most of the shooting is a green screen.''

358 students attend the school, along with Bella.

==Secretary's office==

The room is described as small and has a small waiting room, with folding chairs and a bulletin board. A loud ticking clock is on the wall. The secretary keeps flowers in plastic containers. In the middle of the room there is a bar with many baskets of paper and at the front there are flyers in bright and brilliant colors. Behind the bar are three desks, one of them is [[Shelly Cope|Ms. Cope]]'s.

Due to budget constraints, it was decided not to shoot in the Forks High School, though the school provided the crew with their school related material: yearbooks, newspapers, school jackets, etc. Many indoors scenes have been shot in a number of different schools.
