Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Mackenzie Foy "is inches away from signing on" for the sometime-controversial vampire-human in the final book of the series, and some other outlets are saying she's confirmed for the role. As far as all of the questions go for how this 9-year-old Foy will play a character who ages so many years in such a short period of time, it's being reported that director Bill Condon will use some high-tech digital effects to transmit her face onto that of a younger child - you know, Benjamin Button style. So, once again, it's being said that Mackenzie Foy, who has worked in small television parts for FlashForward and 'Til Death, will secure the role of Renesmee for Breaking Dawn.
