Doug was a newborn vampire in Victoria's newborn army. When he discovered that sunlight couldn't harm vampires, he told Riley Biers of this discovery, and Victoria killed him to keep him from telling the rest.
Biography
Doug was recruited by Victoria for her newborn army roaming around Seattle. He was the first to discover that the sun did not hurt vampires, and was killed by Victoria after telling Riley about his discovery.[1]
