Deputy Mark is a minor character in the Twilight Saga, mentioned only in Breaking Dawn. He and his wife attended Bella and Edward's wedding, where they saw the Denali coven and were shocked by their beauty.
Mark works with Charlie Swan at the police station. It can be assumed that he was one of the police officers who took part in the search party for Bella in New Moon.
