Bob Marks is a minor character in a deleted scene of the New Moon film.
He is a neighbor of Charlie and Bella Swan, who takes his two busted up motorcycles to the junkyard and asks Charlie about the recent "bear" attacks.
It is assumed that Bella bought them from the junkyard.
