Benjamin and Tia are a both members of the Egyptian coven. They joined the coven in the 19th century, though at different times.
In Breaking Dawn - Part 2, Benjamin is portrayed by Rami Malek and Tia is portrayed by Angela Sarafyan.

Benjamin was born in Egypt. His mother died when he was very young and he knew nothing of his father. Growing up, he was often passed around to any relative who could provide food or shelter.
