Bella moments

Bella is severely wounded by James.

During her human life, Bella is extremely clumsy and accident-prone. This is a list of all the injuries she sustained and the accidents that happen to her throughout the Twilight saga.

Twilight

Main article: Twilight

• Edward saves her from being crushed between her truck and Tyler Crowley's car after it slips on ice in the parking lot of Forks High School.
• A broken leg, four broken ribs, a cracked skull, bruises and extensive blood loss sustained after James's attack in the ballet studio in Phoenix.
• She trips over her own feet.
• In the movie, Bella slips on the ice while walking down the front path of Charlie's house, on her way to her truck.
• She almost trips in the scene where they are at the greenhouse but Edward catches her before she trips.

New Moon

Main article: New Moon

• A paper cut from birthday present and a slashed arm from being thrown into a table of glass plates: Bella didn't go to the hospital, since Carlisle cleaned and stitched up the wound on her arm.
• Head wound: she loses control of her motorcycle and crashes into a rock, sustaining head injuries and possibly injuring her leg.

Eclipse

Main article: Eclipse

• Broken hand: She breaks it by punching Jacob in the face after he kisses her by force.
• Her arm: She cuts herself with a rock to distract Riley and Victoria.
